I WILL Sports Specific Personal Training Package

Speed, strength, and agility training that focuses on building self-confidence for all athletes.

Our mission is to develop a new athlete by applying advanced functional training to prevent injury in addition to increasing speed, strength, agility and building self-confidence in all athletes.

These will not be your ordinary training sessions!

Using traditional free weights, TRX straps, sleds, heavy ropes, plyometrics, agility drills, and more, athletes will work on achieving their personal goals.

Workouts created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (See Kyle's bio below) and a certified Personal Trainer.

Sessions will be tailored with sports specific movements and functional exercises meant to prevent injury and prepare the athlete to reach their full potential.

Video analysis of jumping mechanics, muscle balancing for proper joint movement, and post-activity recovery education are all included.

Our state of the art gym features rubber flooring and 75 feet of artificial turf.

Sessions will be tailored with sports specific movements and exercises and include and include recovery instruction.

KyleKyle is a University of Jamestown graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2016 and a Bachelor's of Science degree in 2013. Kyle also played 4 years of Football for the University of Jamestown as well. Kyle began working at Apex Physical Therapy & Wellness Center-Jamestown in 2016 and has become passionate about helping athletes rehab from injuries and improve their performance. Kyle has additional training and certification to perform the Functional Movement Screen and the Y Balance Test. These are standardized tests that help look for muscle & mechanical imbalances that could potentially lead to injury. Kyle is also a Certified ASTYM provider. ASTYM is a highly researched and proven soft tissue technique to treat chronic conditions affecting sports performance. He is also currently working towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to improve his ability to help local athletes reach their performance goals.
