HIIT:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) provides a full body workout that keeps your body guessing. By combining weight training and cardio bursts this goal of this format is to improve overall fitness by building strength and endurance, all while burning serious calories. This class takes place in either our strength gym or the studio.


HIIT Step:

HIIT step is a style of aerobic step exercise class that takes advantage of the high intensity benefit of HIIT training. It’s fast, it’s all-out, it’s FUN. The workouts are generally pretty quick; although, during that short time you’re giving 100% effort into your workout.

During a HIIT step class you’ll use a step to step up and down, jump, lunge, and more. Generally, workouts are lower body-based since many of the movements are with your legs. However, there are many upper body and core exercises that can be performed on a step to create a full body workout.

If you’re interested in weight loss, or simply increasing your metabolism, HIIT step is a great option for burning lots of calories in a short amount of time. And thanks to HIIT step’s high intensity nature, these workouts are designed to keep you burning calories even after your workout is over - maximizing the effect of your workout.

Modifications available for all moves to reduce any impact.


SOULfusion:

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!


Accelerate:

Accelerate will improve your cardiovascular endurance, core engagement and overall mobility and flexibility. Using music that is specifically chosen to complement each track’s training objective, participants stay engaged, the energy up and time will fly by.

This all-in-one program is exactly what you’ve been looking for. It trains every element of effective and efficient movement including cardiorespiratory fitness, core strength, balance, flexibility, speed, power and agility. This integrated training approach, combined with multidirectional and multi-planar movement, means you get an incredible total-body workout in under an hour.


Upper Body/Core:

This is a no impact class focused on strength training for your upper body muscles, including your core. With the use of weights, cables, loops, and bodyweight you will strengthen and tone the muscles of the upper body in a variety of ways. Modifications always available.


Power Hour:

Full body strength training split between to two sessions each week. The general focus of the class is low to moderate volume (reps) with moderate to high resistance (weights). Benefits of this approach include building strength, modifying physique, and cutting fat (improving your resting metabolism).


Instructor Choice:

Instructor Choice is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get! But be assured you will get a safe, effective, fast-paced workout that’ll get you stronger while burning tons of calories!


L1FT:

L1FT is a class that incorporates weights into the routine. Each class is different so you are getting a variety of work. Some classes are designed solely with dumbbells, whereas others we might incorporate mini bands, barbell, sliders, bodyweight, step or other fun ways to engage our muscles. We incorporate full body training into certain classes whereas others might have a more specific focus (i.e. lower body, back & biceps). They are designed with more of a strength focus but sometimes incorporate some metabolic spikes through power moves or brief cardio blocks. The protocol also varies so you might enjoy pyramid style training for one session and circuit training at the next class. All fitness levels are welcome with modifications available. If you are looking to lose weight or work on lean muscle mass to help boost that metabolism, this class is a perfect fit for you!


BODYCOMBAT:

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.


BODYPUMP™:

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available in some clubs as a virtual workout.


LES MILLS SPRINT™:

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.


Yoga Bliss:

All levels are welcome to Yoga Flow which features a variety of poses with modifications giving participants the option of making poses simpler or more challenging. Classes focus on breathing and alignment sequences and work to build and maintain flexibility and strength.


Barre:

Inspired by traditional ballet moves, as well as yoga and pilates. The workouts are designed to be challenging, yet accessible to all fitness levels. Barre is known for its ability to tone muscle, strengthen the core, and increase flexibility, while remaining relatively low impact and safe for joints.


SilverSneakers® Classic:

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living skills. Handheld weights, a ball, and resistance tubing with handles are offered for additional resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing exercises. All levels of fitness are invited!


SilverSneakers® Cardio:

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, a ball, and hand held tubing with handles is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support for head-to-toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.


Family Yoga:

Between work, school, meals, soccer practice, laundry, and an endless list of other activities, its no wonder your family is feeling a little disconnected. So how do you create time for family bonding amid all the busy-ness? The key is finding an activity that each family member can enjoy, that also doesn’t take up too much time in an already packed schedule. Seems impossible, right? Well, if there is a will, there is a way. Family Yoga helps bridge that gap and give you time to spend with your child and have fun together!

Yoga is beneficial for all ages. The benefits are improved posture, strength, flexibility, stress relief, improved balance, coordination, and so much more!

No matter how often you can do it, we are confident you and your child will have a wonderful time together! Parents, grandparents, friends, and siblings are all encouraged to attend. Yoga mats are provided, and no yoga experience is necessary to attend.
