Transform:

A 30 minute experience broken into 3 blocks of high -intensity cardio conditioning-Commit, Climb, and Conquer. Commit will gradually bring up the heart rate and prepare the body for whats to come while familiarizing multi-directional movement on and off the step. Climb recruits major muscle groups, inspiring you to use your body as a machine to CLIMB to elevated fitness levels. Conquer uses a combination of speed, agility, and power to finish the workout with the most intensity to empty the tank and challenge you both physically and mentally…at whatever fitness level you are at.


HIIT:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) provides a full body workout that keeps your body guessing. By combining weight training and cardio bursts this goal of this format is to improve overall fitness by building strength and endurance, all while burning serious calories. This class takes place in either our strength gym or the studio.


BODYPUMP™:

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available in some clubs as a virtual workout.


CXWORX™:

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.


RPM™:

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!


Les Mills Grit™ :

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by periods of recovery. Les Mills Grit comes in 3 styles-Strength, Cardio, and Athletic. Each workout is sest to the latest tracks which motivate you to challenge your physical limits.

    • Les Mills Grit Strength uses barbells, plates, and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned, and unbelievably fit.
    • Les Mills Grit Cardio uses bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
    • Les Mills Grit Athletic uses a bench combined with bodyweight exercises and other multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to enhance your overall athletic performance: strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, and explosive power.

LES MILLS SPRINT™:

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.


Yoga Flow:

All levels are welcome to Yoga Flow which features a variety of poses with modifications giving participants the option of making poses simpler or more challenging. Classes focus on breathing and alignment sequences and work to build and maintain flexibility and strength.


Barre:

Inspired by traditional ballet moves, as well as yoga and pilates. The workouts are designed to be challenging, yet accessible to all fitness levels. Barre is known for its ability to tone muscle, strengthen the core, and increase flexibility, while remaining relatively low impact and safe for joints.


SilverSneakers® Classic:

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living skills. Handheld weights, a ball, and resistance tubing with handles are offered for additional resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing exercises. All levels of fitness are invited!


SilverSneakers® Cardio:

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, a ball, and hand held tubing with handles is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support for head-to-toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.


P90x:

P90x will train every muscle group in your body! This class will combine a diverse mix of compound moves so you’ll work your upper body, lower body, and core to get your heart rate pumping! Using light to moderate weights, this is the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core work designed to work the body in different ways every time.


POUND®:

Rockout. Workout. It's a jam session inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! A fusion of cardio, strength training, Pilates and HIIT techniques, ramped up with the super hip elements of drumming. Grab your STIX!


Goat Yoga:

What is Goat Yoga? Based on our experience so far, goat yoga has been described as fun, calming, unpredictable, hilarious, exciting, zen, fantastic. Goat yoga is the combination of bringing your zen and mixing with a little animal therapy. People leave happier than when they came. The goats are so sweet. They might cuddle up next to you while you are in your favorite pose, or hop onto your back while you are in downward dog. Be prepared to meet and greet our baby goats and have your cell phones ready! No goat (or yoga) experience necessary and yoga mats are provided.

Family Yoga:

Between work, school, meals, soccer practice, laundry, and an endless list of other activities, its no wonder your family is feeling a little disconnected. So how do you create time for family bonding amid all the busy-ness? The key is finding an activity that each family member can enjoy, that also doesn’t take up too much time in an already packed schedule. Seems impossible, right? Well, if there is a will, there is a way. Family Yoga helps bridge that gap and give you time to spend with your child and have fun together!

Yoga is beneficial for all ages. The benefits are improved posture, strength, flexibility, stress relief, improved balance, coordination, and so much more!

No matter how often you can do it, we are confident you and your child will have a wonderful time together! Parents, grandparents, friends, and siblings are all encouraged to attend. Yoga mats are provided, and no yoga experience is necessary to attend.
