SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living skills. Handheld weights, a ball, and resistance tubing with handles are offered for additional resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing exercises. All levels of fitness are invited!
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, a ball, and hand held tubing with handles is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support for head-to-toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
Cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.
A 45-minute practice focused on balancing the mind and body while stretching and strengthening muscles, working on mobility, and increasing range of motion. This class will surely have you sweating and burning calories. All levels are invited.
All levels are welcome to Yoga Flow which features a variety of poses with modifications giving participants the option of making poses simpler or more challenging. Classes focus on breathing and alignment sequences and work to build and maintain flexibility and strength.
Tabata: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Tabata: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is defined by short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a brief low intensity exercise. A variation of HIIT is referred to as Tabata. This class will improve athletic capacity and condition and burn major calories!
HIIT the Ropes:
This high intensity class will keep you and your body guessing as to what challenge awaits. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness-strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance. Have fun-work hard! This class takes place in our strength gym with a variety of body weight exercises, TRX straps, weights, sleds, heavy ropes, tires and more.

Core de Force – This mixed martial arts-workout is designed to burn major calories, blast away belly fat, and sculpt total body definition.
I WILL Sports Acceleration Package
Speed, strength, and agility training that focuses on building self-confidence for all athletes. COMMIT-TRAIN HARD-GET STRONG-BE READY
Mission: Develop a new athlete by focusing on teaching focus, discipline, and teamwork, in addition to sports specific training.
- Sessions will be completed by 3-6 athletes at a time, must be age 10+.
- Sign up with your teammates or call us to get set up in a group.
- All athletes welcome!
- Our state of the art gym features rubber flooring and 75 feet of artificial turf. These will not be your ordinary training sessions! Using traditional free weights, TRX straps, sleds, heavy ropes, plyometrics, agility drills, climbing ropes and more, athletes will work on achieving their personal goals set during the pretest session.
- Sessions will be tailored with sports specific movements and exercises and include group yoga instruction.
Our sports acceleration package priced at $250 includes 20 total sessions over a 6 week period (includes pretest, 18 workouts, and post-test). Sessions will take place 3 days a week for 75 minutes each.
Athletes do not need to be ‘members’ of the fitness studio… however, if you are a parent of an athlete and you use our monthly unlimited package you will receive a 10% discount on the I WILL Sports Acceleration package.
